Dr. Sharandeep Singhota is an experienced physician with a 10+ years of experience delivering results and implementing clinical transformation and quality improvement initiatives in Ambulatory Care and Acute Care Settings. Dr. Singhota has served in various roles such as Physician, Medical Officer, Medical Advisor, Clinical Consultant, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Assistant Lecturer.

With 4+years of experience in EMR implementation, she was recently involved in the development and teaching of Provider Personalization Labs (PPLs), Provider support for EMR Implementation, & department-specific Clinical Documentation templates (Transplant Surgery, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, NICU, Anesthesiology and Peds GI) and workflows (ICU, Critical Care and Shock Trauma) at University of Maryland Medical System.

Experienced in MIPS/MACRA Assessment, Physician ICD 10 Education & Training and HIT Initiatives. Dr. Singhota also served as a clinical consultant to Assistant CMO and Patient Financial Services team post EMR implementation to help correct over 750 patient accounts with over $8 million in revenue to ensure accurate billing of those accounts.

Educational credentials include a Masters of Healthcare Administration (2011) from Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS - Equivalent to MD in US).
