Clinical Transformation is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to redesign care delivery to achieve excellence throughout the care continuum. Our aim is to align with broad payment and innovation models to support practices and health care systems. Value-based programs reward health care providers with incentive payments for the quality of care provided. Value-based programs also support for better care for individuals, better health for population and lower cost of care.

On October 14, 2016, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued its final rule with comment period implementing the Quality Payment Program (QPP) that is part of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA). MACRA ended the Sustainable Growth Rate formula, which threatened clinicians participating in Medicare with potential payment cliffs for 13 years. The Quality Payment Program’s purpose is to provide new tools and resources to help providers give their patients the best and highest-value care.

We provide comprehensive assessment and analysis of Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) readiness as a part of QPP. Our team reviews and provides guidance on provider education, practice readiness, and workflow design development to promote understanding and maximize participation consistent with regulatory requirements required under MIPS.
